Laurence Lien is CEO of the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre in Singapore. He previously served in the Singapore Administrative Service, rotating through different positions in the Ministries of Finance, Community Development and Sports, Home Affairs, and Education. He is also chairman of the Lien Foundation, deputy chairman of Lien Aid, and a board member of the Lien Centre for Social Innovation, and Caritas Singapore Community Council. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Oxford University, an MBA from the National University of Singapore, and a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. He is an Eisenhower Fellow. |
